ClavaNet is not intended for children under 13 years of age. Our platform requires:

  • Account creation requires email verification and appropriate organizational oversight

3.1 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on ClavaNet:

4. In-App Reporting System

ClavaNet provides comprehensive in-app reporting capabilities that allow users to report child safety concerns and other violations:

  • Report Button: Available on all messages, photos, events, documents, and user profiles
  • Report Categories: Users can report content for:
    • Spam
    • Harassment or Bullying
    • Nudity or Sexual Content
    • Hate Speech
    • Violence or Threats
    • Other safety concerns
  • Anonymous Reporting: Users can report concerns without revealing their identity
  • Priority Handling: Reports involving child safety concerns are prioritized for immediate review

  2. Click or tap the report button (typically represented by a flag icon or "Report" option)
  3. Select the appropriate category (e.g., "Nudity or Sexual Content" for CSAM-related concerns)
  4. Provide additional details if available
  5. Submit the report

5. Response and Action Procedures

5.1 Immediate Actions

  • Reports of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are escalated immediately
  • Suspected CSAM is removed from the platform without delay
  • Accounts involved in CSAM are immediately suspended pending investigation
  • All relevant data is preserved for law enforcement purposes

5.2 Investigation Process

  • All reports are reviewed by trained staff within 24 hours
  • Child safety reports receive priority review and are typically addressed within 4 hours
  • Investigations include review of reported content, user history, and related communications
  • Appropriate actions are taken based on the severity and nature of the violation

5.3 Enforcement Actions

  • Content Removal: Prohibited content is immediately removed
  • Account Suspension: Accounts violating child safety policies are suspended
  • Account Termination: Severe violations result in permanent account termination

  • Legal Reporting: Suspected CSAM and serious violations are reported to appropriate authorities
